The Situation
A Memphis institution in ladies’ intimate apparel since 1949, Trousseau struggled in recent years to find a connection with younger women, despite carrying brands that are popular with that demographic.
The Goal
Trousseau aimed to reinforce the prestige of their image, promote their merchandise, and promote their unmatched expertise in the art of bra fitting.
The Solution
Tactical Magic was retained to develop a brand strategy, which in turn led to a logo refresh and a branding campaign designed to set Trousseau apart from larger, traditional retailers.
The Outcome
Using outdoor advertising, social media, email marketing, direct mail and print media, Tactical Magic helped to increase both awareness and traffic to the store.
