Tactical Magic’s logo earns journal accolades

Local advertising and marketing firm Tactical Magic recently had its “flying F" design for a national client, Memphis-based Fulmer Helmets, selected for inclusion in the international journal of visual communication, Graphis Logo 6.

The logo is considered by Graphis Logo 6 to be “one of the finest logos in the world.”

Trace Hallowell and Ben Johnson of Tactical Magic created the logo. Hallowell says his goal was to create a simple, but compelling identity.

“This logo needed to appeal to Fulmer’s customers, who represent a cross section of motor sports enthusiasts,” he says. “We aimed for a design that combined classic style with a fresh look.”
