Fresh on the heels of receiving the top Memphis Addy Award four years running for logo design, local brand identity specialty firm Tactical Magic was singled out for honors by international logo design critic organization, LogoLounge.
Trademarks created for four individual Tactical Magic clients were selected for inclusion in the upcoming LogoLounge Master Series volume, Initials & Crests.
From many thousands of designs, from all over the world, logos for Alliance Africa, Memphis photographer Trey Clark, My Next Phase and Union University were singled out for recognition.
Tactical Magic design director Ben Johnson notes, “Each of those brands is an entirely different story. One is a nonprofit, one’s a professional service, one’s an online retirement planning tool and one is a university. I’m proud that we could achieve excellence across such a diverse range of brand personalities and budgets.”
“We’re really grateful,” says creative director Trace Hallowell. “I take this as an endorsement of our collaborative brand development process.”
