1460 Madison Avenue

Tactical Magic is the primary tenant of 1460 Madison Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. 1460 Madison is a creative workplace housing expertise in brand development, advertising, design, writing, photography, and even fine art. The environment is designed with creative collaboration in mind, and provides an efficient way for businesses to plug-in to powerful creative resources.

Originally built in 1900 as The Donna B Apartments, 1460 Madison has been home to several different professionals over the years, including Jerry Lee Lewis’ plastic surgeon. After recent renovations, it is now home to several independent creative enterprises: Tactical Magic; Redmond Design; Trey Clark Photography; Debbie Brown, fine art; and Memorial Keepsakes.

As a creative workplace committed to collaboration and professional development, 1460 Madison is also the headquarters of the Memphis chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design.

"Suppliers and especially manufacturers have market power because they have information about a product or a service that the customer does not and cannot have, and does not need if he can trust the brand. This explains the profitability of brands."
