Three logos designed by local advertising/branding firm, Tactical Magic, were selected for inclusion in Logo Lounge III, a bound compendium of outstanding logos from around the world. The trademarks, designed for Fulmer Helmets, The Eyewear Gallery and Nuance AV, are also featured on the Web site, logolounge.com.
“We are excited with the exceptional quality level of work selected for this third volume,” states editor Bill Gardner. “The content is exceptional and the judging was extremely competitive.”
Logos were selected for inclusion in the new book by an international panel of judges including Thomas Vasquez of Vasquez Design, Sharon Werner of Werner Design Werks, Emanuela Frigerio of C&G Partners, Connie Birdsall of Lippincott Mercer, Graham Purnell of Cato Purnell Partners, Miles Newlyn, Kit Paul of Brandient, and Robert Matza of Landor Associates.
“What a terrific compliment! I’m delighted that our clients will get a little extra exposure,” says Tactical Magic creative director Trace Hallowell. “And it’s really nice to receive a significant outside endorsement that our collaborative brand development process yields outstanding results.”
“What makes me really proud,” says design director Ben Johnson, “is that we were recognized for three different trademarks, done for three very different brands - each with entirely different styles, strategies and budgets.
